Returning Student Laptop Pickup Meetings
Who Needs to Attend:
All Returning, Rising 6th - 12th Graders*

*New, rising 6th - 12th and all rising 5th graders and a parent/guardian will attend a seperate meeting to receive a laptop. See the next section for more information.

Meeting Dates:
Pickup meetings will begin at the below stated times and last around 30 minutes. Please show up 10 minutes prior to the meeting to receive your room assignment.

Things to know before the laptop meeting:
- All returning, rising 6th - 12th grade students must sign up and attend one of the meeting times listed above to receive their new laptop.
- These meetings will cover important policy information, the initial setup for your laptop and first time logins.
- Review the laptop User Agreement, Care Guide and Responsible Use Policy.
- The online acknowledgment form must be completed before you arrive for the meeting. This form can be found in onCampus.
Tech Tips
- It is strongly advised that you purchase a protective case for Model A3240 MacBook Air (M4, 2025). A case will not be provided for the laptop.
- Replacement chargers can be purchased at the Briarcrest Saint Shop.

All rising 5th graders
New and returning, rising 5th graders and a parent/guardian will attend a meeting to receive their laptops in July.

Thursday, July 31st, 2025 - 1:00PM - 2:00PM
Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 - 6:00PM - 7:00PM

At least one parent/guardian is required to attend the meeting along with the rising 5th grade student.
- Please show up 10 minutes prior to the meeting time to pick up and sign for your computer and charger as you enter the meeting.
- The online acknowledgment form must be completed by a parent before arriving for the meeting. This form is available through onCampus.

The Laptop Meeting will be followed by a quick overview on how to login and use onCampus. This is a great opportunity for students and parents who are new to Briarcrest.
All rising 4th Graders
All students in 4th grade will receive a school laptop during the school day in the first few weeks of school. These laptops will stay in the classroom throughout the school year and will not be sent home with the student. The online Laptop Acknowledgment Form must be completed before the first day of school.This form can be found in onCampus. Students in 4th grade do not need to attend a laptop pickup meeting.
New, rising 6th - 12th Graders
If you are a new high school or middle school student who was not able to attend a summer session, please make sure to attend one of the meetings listed below. If you were able to attended one of the new student summer sessions and received your computer, you do not have to attend.
